Hybrid stars with hyperons and strange quark matter

چکیده
We consider the possibility of having hybrid stars with a phase transition from hadrons into strange matter at core neutron star in ? equilibrium. For hadron equation state (EoS) quark-meson coupling model is used, while MIT bag used to describe phase. The treated using Gibbs construction method and results are calculated checked against observational constaints imposed on EoS. also compared hadronic EoS including hyperons, F-QMC700.

Strange Quark Matter and Compact Stars
Astrophysicists distinguish between three different kinds of compact stars. These are white dwarfs, neutron stars, and black holes. The former contain matter in one of the densest forms found in the Universe which, together with the unprecedented progress in observational astronomy, makes such stars superb astrophysical laboratories for a broad range of most striking physical phenomena. These r...
متن کاملMetastable strange matter and compact quark stars
Strange quark matter in beta equilibrium at high densities is studied in a quark confinement model. Two equations of state are dynamically generated for the same set of model parameters used to describe the nucleon: one corresponds to a chiral restored phase with almost massless quarks and the other to a chiral broken phase. The chiral symmetric phase saturates at around five times the nuclear ...
متن کاملBare Quark Matter Surfaces of Strange Stars and ee Emission
We show that the Coulomb barrier at the quark surface of a hot strange star may be a powerful source of ee pairs which are created in an extremely strong electric field of the barrier and flow away from the star. The luminosity in the outflowing pair plasma depends on the surface temperature TS and may be very high, up to ∼ 3× 10 51 ergs s at TS ∼ 10 11 K. The effect of pair creation by the Cou...
متن کاملStrange stars with different quark mass scalings
We investigate the stability of strange quark matter and the properties of the corresponding strange stars, within a wide range of quark mass scaling. The calculation shows that the resulting maximum mass always lies between 1.5M⊙ and 1.8M⊙ for all the scalings chosen here. Strange star sequences with a linear scaling would support less gravitational mass, and a change (increase or decrease) of...
